The Legality of CBD, Deltas, and Mushrooms
Find out what’s legal – and where. Whether it’s your home state or someplace you’re traveling to, it’s best to be in the know and cross one off your list. And please note: The information we’re sharing on these products in this section and the more specific drilled down sections, does not constitute legal advice. CBD, Hemp, Marijuana and Mushroom laws continue to evolve and you should seek the most recent information from your governing authority.
