Cannabidiol (CBD) is technically legal in the U.S., including D.C., the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. These protections extend only to CBD cultivated from hemp plants with a level of THC below 0.3%.

Is it legal to buy “Magic Mushrooms” online? If they contain the fungi psilocybin then the answer is no. But if you’re buying products – like Mushroom Gummies for instance – then the answer is yes, but they will usually contain a mix of mushroom varieties. If they contain psilocybin, then don’t buy them. And if they’re labeled as containing that ingredient, then again, do not buy them.
