Targeted Warming Comfort in a Discreet Roll-On
Built for the Days You Want Targeted Comfort Without the Mess
Instead of a jar, pump or dropper, RE|VIVE uses a roll-on applicator you can glide directly over the lower abdomen or lower back. That makes it easy to keep in a bathroom cabinet, bedside drawer, purse or work bag and use without coating your hands in topical cream.
The formula combines hemp-derived CBD with a botanical and mineral blend that includes menthol, magnesium, arnica, boswellia and lavender. The result is a topical designed around a warming, aromatic experience rather than intoxication.
What’s Inside
- CBD / hemp extract: 2000mg labeled per roll-on.
- Menthol: provides the formula’s noticeable topical sensation.
- Magnesium: included as magnesium chloride in the manufacturer-equivalent formula.
- Arnica + boswellia: familiar botanicals used in many massage and topical wellness products.
- Lavender: adds a softer botanical aroma to the formula.

What Does Research Say About Menstrual Pain, Warmth & CBD?
Warmth has a substantially stronger evidence base for menstrual pain than topical CBD currently does. A 2026 systematic review and meta-analysis involving 57 randomized trials found that heat therapy was likely to reduce pain intensity in primary dysmenorrhea compared with no treatment.
That does not mean a menthol-based warming roll-on has been proven equivalent to the heating pads, warmers and other heat interventions studied in those trials. And there is not yet strong clinical evidence showing that topical CBD specifically treats menstrual cramps. This product is best understood as a topical wellness option for a cycle-comfort routine rather than a proven treatment for dysmenorrhea.
Research:
2026 systematic review of heat therapy for primary dysmenorrhea;
randomized trial illustrating mixed evidence for topical CBD and pain.

RE|VIVE 2000mg CBD Menstrual Relief Roll-On: Common Questions
How much CBD is in the RE|VIVE Menstrual Relief Roll-On?
The product is labeled with 2000mg of hemp extract/CBD per roll-on. The current product-specific COA reports 41.62mg CBD per gram, or 4.162% CBD.
Does the current batch contain THC?
The current COA for batch BBBDCACF@2 reports Delta-9 THC, Delta-8 THC, THCA and total THC as not detected.
Where do I apply the roll-on?
The Hemp Doctor recommends applying it externally to the lower abdomen or lower back.
How often can I use it?
The manufacturer’s current directions say to apply it to the desired area up to four times daily and rinse hands with cold water after use.
What creates the warming sensation?
The formula is built around menthol and a botanical/mineral blend that includes magnesium, arnica, boswellia and lavender. Individual skin sensations can vary.
Does CBD have proven clinical evidence for menstrual cramps?
Not yet. Research on topical CBD for pain remains limited, and there is not strong clinical evidence showing that topical CBD specifically treats menstrual cramps. Heat therapy itself has better evidence for primary dysmenorrhea, but that does not prove this particular roll-on has the same effect as a therapeutic heat intervention.
Can I use it directly on genital tissue?
No. This is an external skin topical intended for areas such as the lower abdomen or lower back. Keep it away from mucous membranes, genital tissue, eyes and broken or irritated skin.
Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
The Hemp Doctor specifically advises against use during pregnancy, while nursing or when planning to become pregnant. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional if you have questions about use around pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Will this CBD roll-on make me feel high?
CBD itself is non-intoxicating, and the current tested batch reports total THC as not detected. This product is intended for external topical use.
Important: For external use only. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use on broken or irritated skin or near eyes, mucous membranes or genital tissue. The Hemp Doctor advises against use during pregnancy, nursing or when planning to become pregnant. The manufacturer also displays a California Proposition 65 warning for this product. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

I liked it, totally worth a try and has nice herbs
For any ladies who have PMS/PMDD pain before their cycle, please try this. I have PMDD and endo, and it offers some pretty decent relief, plus has a nice warm/cool effect going on. I liked it so much I even used it on a bothersome knee and it was nice! May not bring full relief for extreme pain, but it certainly feels real good and has other great herbs aside from just CBD
